Yesterday my neighbor Brett and I took advantage of the weather and grabbed a couple quick climbs at North Table Mountain (aka Golden Cliffs). The weather was incredible, especially for November 1, warm enough for t-shirts and shorts.

At the parking lot was a small flier for the new climbing guide coming out, though I cannot find a thing on Google about it. It looks like it's sponsored by the Access Fund (who own the area via a nice donation of the land some years ago) and the flier says it should be out on Nov 21. I'll post up more details when I can find them.

Also, I suppose it was inevitable that I'd run into them eventually, but we met Mark and Kate of ColoCalders at the base of our first climb. Had a nice chat with them and their friends while Brett monkeyed up his 3rd ever lead (gotta love a neighbor you can shove onto the sharp end...)
