Why Engagement Rings Are a Scam. Are there still people in this world who don't know this?     #>

RCA Airnergy Charger Harvests Electricity From WiFi Signals. Genius! Not great for the back-country (I'll stick with my solar charger for that) but still awesome.     #>

PDFEscape - Online PDF Editor. This worked fantastic for adding text annotations to a PDF I had (the Denver Water rebate form). Rather than trying to scrawl my handwriting on a paper copy I just used this to fill it in then downloaded, signed, and was done.     #>

Denver Water Residential Rebates 2014. Scored a new toilet for the house for $25 after rebate with this, it's amazing. The best part is you can scan your forms (and receipt) and just email them in. I received a reply within an hour that said they were reviewing my submission. There's also a $100 rebate on a Water Sense sprinkler timer which I'd love to get but haven't found one yet (the local Lowe's had no such thing.)     #>

Fixe Hardware. No, not hipster bicycles, hardware for climbing.     #>

Moab’s newest trail opened officially on March 25th, 2013 and it goes by the name of “Captain Ahab”. I missed this last year, it's on my list for this year.     #>

Carbon Pawprint, they make pet goods out of old yoga mats and such. Saw them last year at Bark & Splash, dig their things.     #>

Reinventing the fastest forgotten archery. Wow, a wall of arrows.     #>

The Truth About Being Single. Hah.

How Hugh Howey Turned His Self-Published Story “Wool” Into a Success (& a Book Deal). Been reading this on Jenn's brother's recommendation and really enjoyed it. One super bonus is that you can buy the books DRM free directly from the author, which I will always choose if given the option.     #>

99 First Dates. Amusing, I hope it keeps getting worked on (it ends rather abruptly on page 3).     #>

What hard drive should I buy? I appreciate a company that goes through as many hard drives as these guys do putting actual numbers online.     #>

Target - Free Credit Monitoring. If you shopped at Target and used a credit card you should go ahead and apply for this free credit monitoring (though they seem to take anyone, you do not have to prove you are a Target customer.) Hopefully this doesn't do some auto-renewing crap where you have to remember to go cancel or get charged in 1 year.     #>

Land Shark Survival Shelter. Something for the dirt bike backpack maybe?     #>

iRig MIC Cast, a very portable microphone for your smartphone. I really like the idea of turning my phone into a voice recorder like this, very handy for presentations and things (class lectures for those of you in school?) Decent price too, $40.     #>

Secure, Free, Incremental and Instant Backups for Linux. Handy if on Linux, still looking for something great on Windows.     #>
