The Crisis in American Walking. Worst I've seen is the northern burbs in Atlanta. I lamented no sidewalks and actually had someone tell me "if you drive into Duluth you'll find some sidewalks!" I'm sure she thought she was being very helpful but we did have a laugh when I pointed out to her what she'd just said.
