A couple of things about the Guadalajara Mexico airport - the big bank of power plugs you see between the Chili's and the Johnny Rockets? Those have no actual power to them. Also, while the Infinity Movil wireless network will prompt you to pay or login this can be bypassed by simply using SSL, or a VPN, or a proxy server (ssh is wide open on many ports, I was able to connect to my home desktop no problem with NX Client.) The power sucks (but the Starbucks I am at has a working outlet) but the wifi is nice if you have the means to work it.
