America's Unhealthiest Drinks Exposed. I'm not a coffee drinker but used to go into Starbucks with Jane to support her habit. For a while I was getting their iced "juice" drinks (can't remember the name). Until I looked at the nutrition info one day, a medium-sized cup (full of ice mind you so it wasn't 100% drink!) had more calories and more fat than an entire milkshake from Baskin Robbins. I've never bought anything from Starbucks since. #>

Looks like it's Canon Rebate Time, dSLR bodies (and kits) as well as Canon Lenses and Canon Speedlight flashes are on sale for a pretty decent discount. Including the fantastic Canon 60mm EF-S macro lens which I love the heck out of. I'm thinking hard about the Speedlight 580EX II flash to add a third flash to my kit (and one that has Master mode to control the 430EX that I have.) #>
