Oregon Coast 2005

A nice day in February

Since I knew I was moving away from Oregon soon I figured I'd best get some photos while I could. And since I was unemployed the best time to go was during the week, I'd have more of the roads to myself and I could plan better for the weather. This day turned out surprisingly well, being very clear and fairly warm for the winter in Oregon. I drove from my home in Beaverton to Tillamook and then Oceanside via the "The Three Capes Scenic Loop". While waiting for the sunset I took the Tillamook Cheese factory tour (self-guided) and drove down to the Tillamook Air Museum (though I didn't go in due to the cost and the short time I had left.)
