My hotel in Seoul was right across the street from a major shopping district (Myeong-dong). I would take a walk most mornings and evenings just to see what I could find, like this restaurant that popped up every night. The tables and awnings were packed in the back of a truck parked near the "kitchen" (in the dark area of the photo on the right.)
