It's hard to tell in this photo, but we encountered some road construction on a road that literally went nowhere. While the man with the stop sign had a radio, he never used it. After almost 20 minutes up came this car, with a huge sign on the back that simply reads "Pilot Car - Follow Me". And that's what you did, you followed this car to the end of the construction, then it turned around and lead those waiting cars back. So, the person driving this car for the state spent all of their day just driving up and down the same 5 mile stretch of road, going in circle...
