Putty, Australia 2004-10-03
Putty Road leaves the Hunter Valley area and will eventually get you into Windsor, just outside Sydney. This was what our dolphin boat captain told us, so we gave it a try. Putty Road is one of the most fun experiences I've had driving a car, tons of corners, a good speed limit (I never felt held back by the speed limit, more by the terrain) and almost no cars. At the end of the major canyons is this truck stop, where we stopped for sandwiches.
