Facebook Ad Preferences, lets you see at least some of what Facebook thinks it knows about you. My current usage of Facebook (only through a single proxy, only through a specific web browser that I don't use for anything else, and I have everything FB blocked in my daily-driver browser) means they claim to know very little about me which is perfect.
