I've been on the hunt for an old Coleman camp stove for a while and recently I picked up an old one from Craig's List. I specifically wanted an older one since they are built like tanks (unlike new ones) and they still make parts for them. Fortunately there's some great resources online: How to rebuild a Coleman 2 or 3-burner stove, Old Coleman Parts, and Coleman Stove Manuals (my version isn't in there but there is a parts list for it so that's good enough for me.)
