Seattle men busted at the border with illegal candy. I've had mixed luck with bringing them in for my niece. One agent just said "be careful with those" and let me have them, another said I could throw the toys away but keep the chocolate (as if that's a workable solution.) The toys have really gone down in quality in recent years though so I don't try so hard to get them back into the country anymore.
