Chinese create "salad towers" with Pizza Hut salad bars. I noticed that the first time I was in South Korea in 2003, Pizza Hut sold you "pizza and salad" and by salad they meant one single plate with one trip to the salad bar. I didn't understand why they'd limit the entire table to one single plate but I definitely understand why salad towers exist.     #>
