How to Make a Padded Lens Case Using Plastic Bottles. Very clever and presumably you could sew yourself a belt-loop as well so it will hang. Great idea for travel though if you don't have a bag that fits your lenses right. #>
The Obscenely Rich Men Bent on Shredding the Safety Net. CEOs talk about shared sacrifice, but the only thing they want to share is your retirement money with their wealthy friends. #>
Responsive Email Templates. Interesting and a free download. #>
Yoke's Ad-Vent calendar. Every day they add a new advert from somewhere in the world. Even when I don't speak the language I find them hilarious, worth keeping an eye on. #>
Use Gmail and Google Docs to Track Spending. That's pretty clever, I think it'd be a great idea for my expense reports (those things can take hours...) #>
Don’t change sshd’s port. For me one advantage is that some of the customer locations I visit block the default port 22, none of them seem to have blocked the high port I am running it run. #>
LED 1157 brake light bulb. I put an LED brake light into my dirt bike (since it doesn't generate a lot of electricity and I'm adding a horn as well, apparently the horn just sucks the juice down) but was looking for something brighter. This is tagged for later consideration... (Also: other 1157 Tail Brake and Turn Bulbs). #>
tubalr music search. Give it a band name and it'll search YouTube for videos and related music. #>
Gordon Ramsay how to videos. All of the knowledge, none of the screaming at you with personal insults. #>
Good Eats on Hulu. Not sure when this was added but I'm glad to see it. FoodTV seems to be pretty dickish about not allowing online streaming of any of their shows (all I can think is that Alton got control back when Good Eats ended this year and he approved it?) #>
Earliest Start to Flu Season in Nearly a Decade . Yikes. My local Rite-Aid had shots for $24 but then I noticed Costco has them for $16. I usually skip it but thought it'd be worth it this year (especially since they seem to have hit upon the right strain for the vaccine.) #>
Using Rsync and SSH, and Using rsync and cygwin to Sync Files from a Linux Server to a Windows Notebook PC. I spent a few minutes this weekend setting this up so I can keep a couple of my websites synced with my desktop and my desktop synced with my laptop (for the latter my photos while traveling were a priority.) I'm using cygwin for all of the transfers and setting up the keyless transfers make things very easy. #>
D.A.R.E., America's Most Famous Anti-Drug Program, Will No Longer Talk to 10- and 11-Year-Old Children About Marijuana. Good, the demonizing of a plant should end. #>
For Athletes, Risks From Ibuprofen Use. Time to stop "pre-dosing" I guess. I was doing it in instances where I knew I'd be suffering later (back-country skiing with it's altitude, all-day dirt bike rides, etc...) #>
Ilford Launches New Disposable Cameras Loaded With Its Black-and-White Film. I love that idea. #>
Honey - coupon finder. Hopefully they get around to making a Firefox plugin as well, that's something I'd pay money for. #>
The Playbook by Barney Stinson. Hah, they took it from the "How I Met Your Mother" TV show and turned it into a real thing. Should be amusing. #>
ShotLock, shotgun and firearm locks. I like how the whole thing wraps around the trigger guard of the rifles and shotguns, it'll prevent someone from shooting it but without the size and weight of a full gun safe. #>
Portal 2: Official Turrets Trailer. Makes me laugh, very creative. Especially "65% more bullet!"

Lightroom Help / Performance hints. A couple of interesting items, especially with regards to the spot healing brush. #>
