David Byrne & Brian Eno - Everything That Happens Will Happen Today. New music I bought without even hearing it, as a general rule I like everything by David Byrne. The price is very reasonable as well, they'll ship you a physical CD along with the digital download for only $3 more than just the download.     #>

Chocolate Lovers Pained by Candy Changes. One of my UK cow-orkers was in Atlanta a little while back and commented on how much worse he thought the M&M's were here than back home (and I agree in general, the quality of even the inexpensive chocolate bars in Europe is way above what we have in the US.) Lucky for me I don't each much of that, though I do have a thing for the fancy chocolate section of Whole Foods...     #>

At the Reptile Gardens they had (for some reason) a Prairie Dog Town, complete with a bubble in the middle. It's how I got this excellent portrait (sorry about the dirt in the sky, there was no way to clean the bubble ahead of time...)

Derringer Cycles: 180 mpg, 1920s Styling. Or as a friend pointed out "wouldn't it be infinite mpg if you didn't use the engine?"     #>

Hubbardton Forge Lights. I saw some of their stuff at a store in Jackson, Wyoming last week. Gorgeous lights, I'm loving looking through the catalog.     #>

How to Write a Self Evaluation. My (least) favorite part of the self-evaluations I've had the past few years is the section marked "did you complete the year's goals?" Funny, I've never actually been given goals at this job, I've only ever gotten new managers on average every 6 months (who wouldn't remember the goals anyway...) That being said this is definitely worth referencing during my next round (of course now I have a new manager and he seems to be on top of things, I'll probably get a ton of input on my next eval.)     #>

Why solitary workers can be faster workers. Shocking that eliminating distractions from even your peripheral vision can improve things huh?     #>
